會員購物金 & VIP機制

如何享有購物金？

  1. 凡加入會員後，即享有會員購物金累積機制。
    • 每一筆結帳金額（不含運費），都可獲得等額購物金
    • 結帳金額與購物金比例為：結帳金額１００元：購物金１元（換算後無條件進位）。
      • 如：單筆消費NT$1,980，可累積20點購物金。
  2. 購物金為終身累積機制，１元購物金可折抵消費金額１元。
  3. 累積之購物金，於下次消費時全額折抵，單筆消費之折抵回饋金無上限。
  4. 當月壽星會員消費，購物金雙倍送；生日當天再送NT$100購物金。

退貨訂單是否會歸還購物金？

  1. 取消訂單：當訂單取消後，該筆訂單所折抵之購物金，會在取消訂單後，由系統自動退回該會員帳號中。
  2. 商品退貨：當申請退貨，完成退貨流程後，該筆訂單所折抵之購物金，會再退後流程後３～５天內退回該會員帳號中。
  3. 商品換貨：當申請換貨，完成換貨流程後，該筆訂單所折抵之購物金，已經完成折抵，不會退回該會員帳號當中。
  4. 若已取消訂單，購物金仍未退還，請與我們聯絡。

VIP member

How to become VIP member ?

  1. After become the ordinary member and purchase above NT$10,000 within 12 months, you will be upgraded as our OBHL VIP member automatically.
  2. After become VIP member ,starts from the day you are upgraded, the rest of 12 months, you will have special offer for every item you purchase.
  3. VIP member authority will be lasted for 12months,however, if you accumulated another NT$10,000 purchased items during the past 12 months, you will be automatically be our VIP member continually for another 12months.
    • ex：Nov21,2017 NT$10,000 purchased, upgraded as VIP member for 12 months. which means:
    • *Nov 21,2017~Nov 20 2017；VIPmember
    • *Nov21 2017~Nov 20 2018, purchased another NT$10,000(accumulated) VIPmember will be continued from Nov 21 2018 ~Nov 20 2019.

VIP member benefits :

  1. 95% offer for every item to be purchased, the amount will be automatically deducted when you proceed the payment on our website.

∴ OBHL company website has the authority to change the rules, and proceed the rules when it is announced in website.
